Use to be okay. Tried calling tonight and hung up after 5 minutes on hold. Waited another 5 minutes to call back... Phone was picked up and immediately put back down. Don't want my business just say so
Unprofessional and attitudinal employees and site managers. Refused to correct an order and just wanted to argue about it. Ordered a pizza for my child with autism who only eats sausage and pepperoni on his pizza or he wont eat it at all. Would not patronize this establishment again. Their Wards Rd store runs circles around them and their management team is more professional. Perhaps they need to transfer one of them to train Rustburgs team and take over. I'm sure Mr. Cobbs would want all of his stores to represent his business model well.
So accommodating and when a mistake was made they were quick to correct it. Great customer service!
ORDER PIZZA FROM ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered my pizza at 5 and was told it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. After an hour I called and they told me to call back if it wasn't delivered in 20 more minutes. After 20 more minutes I called again and they said it was ten minutes away. 20 minutes later I called back and they told me that the whole time someone had messed up and put the pizza in the pick up area. AFTER 2 HOURS!!So I wasted my time and never got any pizza. Terrible place, go anywhere else.
They missed making a couple of the 9 pizzas we ordered for a party. Made the food late for the party. Fail.
