To recap on my recent experience with this Greenhouse,

I called Wooldridge's Greenhouse today to inquire about some plants and they seemed as if they did not want to even speak to a customer over the phone. I felt as if I was hurried off of the phone. Nice customer service by the way, to the person who answered the phone, your a real "doll" when it comes to talking with customers. This is not the 1st experience I have had with some of the women that work there. If you are trying to "gain" business, this is obviously not the way to do it.-FYI. On a different occassion, during checkout of garden plants, again, I felt as if I was an inconvieniece to the "workers" (who were possibly the same women as my phone experience), and this time I had my young daughter with me. Please if you are miserable at you job or just plain having a bad day(s), don't come into work if you can't be happy. There are plenty of "sap-suckers" out there that don't work and live off the government, as well as those that would love to have a job where they have the oppurtunity to work with the public and help them as they browse, shop and have questions. Grow-up first of all, and remember Jesus Loves You. Don't be a saturated sap, and expect your outward attitude and behavior is going to benefit your business and bring positive growth.
I am so grateful, that in a time when your world has come unglued, there are still people who are willing to go the extra mile to be kind and caring! The owner Beth (and staff) came in on a Sunday to make sure the sympathy funeral basket and casket spray was exactly to specifications! Thank You Wooldridge Florist & Greenhouse
This is exactly why you are losing customers to "big cooperations like Walmart" and wondering why you are not seeing any growth in your business and in turn, pondering why Walmart and others like it are getting bigger. If you want to truthfully grow your local economy, put forth more effort and appreciation in your customers who bring you business and allow YOU, to even remain employed and stay in business.
The flowers were beautiful and the wife loved them. As always you quality and design are above what I expected. Again thank you.
Wonderful customer service every time we visit this local florist! We also love getting our plants there! Very friendly and all of the ladies there are so helpful and available to answer any questions that we have! We now get all of our flowers there! Great place and great people! Highly recommended from this family!
